Dr Tracy Hopkins is potentially one of the most entrepreneurial and interesting people I have met. Don’t let her size full you, this little lady has achieved great things and is as humble as the banana cake she loves to make.
She opened her first business when she was 17 teaching guitar lessons in her father’s garage.
The only way was up from there, owning and selling businesses, Telstra’s Business Woman of 2010, a Doctorate in Business Administration.
Tracy is an acclaimed multi-silver medal banana cake maker, who loves flower arrangements and face masks. In her spare time, Tracy sits on the judging panel for national and world business awards, is an SME Consultant and is also a sessional lecturer and supervisor to her PhD students. Out of this world – amazing.
